  After contacting havebury about my concerns about my cladding I was sent out a matainance guy that seemed like he had lots more "far more important" things to deal with and he left me feel like I was a worrier that was over reacting.... Much like them poor people in that tower in London was made to feel when they voiced their concerns no doubt, then I check the havebury website so a small Section saying the cladding is safe..... I think each tenant that was forced to endure the nightmare and disruption of having to have their homes covered in cladding they may not have wanted but was given no choice should be visited reassured in a more professional way. I've lived in my home for 27 years and feel it would have even nice to have been approached and talked to before I got to panicking point over this matter, we used to be under St eds they would have handled the matter much differently and more choices given other than just being told what we have to have done to our homes cos given the choice I'd have had my lovely home left just the way it was.
